The odour nuisance is probably caused by the peak load of your septic tank. This is because the septic tank is used less constantly than in a normal house. Because the tank load is less constant, the bacteria in the septic tank cannot keep up with the peak load when it is present and the decomposition will not be as good, which means there will be more odour nuisance and the chance of clogging increases.

This special Septic Tank package for Recreation is especially meant for recreation houses and holiday homes that suffer from odors in the house.
It contains two 100% biological products: Bio-Septic+ and DWT Nutri.
Bio-Septic plus will provide an extra addition of good bacteria to your septic tank. These support the existing bacteria in your septic tank. It improves the efficiency and degradation in the tank. This results in less sludge in the tank, a cleaner discharge and less or no odour nuisance.
DWT Nutri gives an extra boost to the existing bacteria in the septic tank. It feeds the bacteria so that they are numerous enough to break down the organic substances in the wastewater in the event of a peak load and presence in the holiday home.
How do I use the Septic Tank Package for Recreation?
When using your holiday home for the weekend: Then it is best to spread both products 1 tablespoon (approx. 10 grams) per person present over drains such as toilet and kitchen immediately upon arrival.
With longer presence:
Add 50 grams of both products on arrival, repeat this after two days. After this, 10 grams of Bio-Septic+ per person present per week should be sufficient, and it is not necessary to keep adding DWT Nutri because the tank is in regular use at that moment; there is already nutrition present so that the Bio-Septic+ can do its job well.
If you only use your holiday home in the weekends, the use of both products will be fairly equal. If the periods are alternating/longer, you will use more Bio-Septic+ than DWT Nutri, depending on the use.

What can affect the performance of Septic Tank Package for Recreation?
Do not mix with chlorine containing cleaning products! These will destroy the effect. In case of broken piping or serious technical defects, this package will probably only be partially effective.
