Are you not satisfied or do you have a complaint? This can happen as we are not perfect. But do not worry, we will do utmost our best to solve it! You can email us or call us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will reply to your complaint within a 2 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will inform you.
We recommend that you first disclose any complaints by mailing us at info@septictank-shop.co.uk. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute. As of February 15, 2016, it is possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
As the UK has left the EU, UK customers cannot use the ODR platform as per 01-01-2021. As soon as there is a replacement ADR for the UK, we will be sure to inform you on this page.
If you are a a Dutch and/or Belgian customer, it is also possible to apply for mediation via the Foundation ValuedShops/WebwinkelKeur (this applies for Dutch and/or Belgian customers only).
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for arbitration via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, an order can be broken during transport or something else might happen that entitles you to warranty. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report to us within two months of finding the defect. If the defect is within the warranty, we will repair the product or find a replacement for the product free of charge.
