Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
What payment options are available?
You can conveniently pay by credit card, or PayPal. All payments are made via secure and encrypted connections.
Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free delivery on orders over £100. Below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of £8.99 applies. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping basket.
Can I also have my order delivered to a packing station?
Yes, we also deliver to packing stations and parcel shops. Please enter the relevant delivery address during the ordering process.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

How do returns work?
You have the right to return products within 14 days (unopened goods). We will cover the return shipping costs for orders with a value of £100 or more.
Please note: If we determine that orders were placed solely for the purpose of receiving free shipping (e.g. by ordering an unnecessary number of items), we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the refund.
