This product is specially designed to absorb peak loads when septic tanks, cesspools or WTPs are not in continuous use, for example at allotments, recreational houses, chalets, etc.
DWT Nutri gives an extra boost to the existing bacteria in the septic tank, cesspit or WTP.
When a septic tank has not been used for a while and has not received any wastewater, many bacteria will die off. When a septic tank is suddenly discharged into the purification system again, the bacteria will need time to “adjust”. DWT Nutri helps with this. It feeds the bacteria so that they are numerous enough to break down the organic substances in the wastewater.
It is therefore no substitute for products containing bacteria!
It is recommended to add bacteria such as Bio-Septic+ to DWT Nutri just before the treatment plant is put into operation.
We recommend using this product in combination with DWT-Septic+.
In case of weekend use of your holiday home, for example, it is best to immediately distribute 1 tablespoon (approximately 10 grams) per person present over drains such as toilet and kitchen.
