You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving up a reason.
You can send us an e-mail to info@septictank-shop.co.uk stating your order number and informing us that you wish to return the product.
After you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the product. You can return the product to :

You will receive as soon as possible (at the latest within 7 days after you have returned the item or indicate that you will return it) your purchase amount including the shipping costs for the return. Unless otherwise agreed, the shipping costs for the return shipment are at your expense. These costs amount to approximately 8.50 Euro per parcel. Please refer to the website of your transport company for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Dutch Water Tech with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
If we have not received the return shipment within 14 days, we will wait with the refund until we have received the item or until you can prove that it has been returned.
